Pastor’s Welcome

Dear Visitors,

On behalf of our faith community and school community, I welcome you to this site and web page.

As we strive to live the legacy of our foundress, St. Katharine Drexel, we embrace the fact that a modern day Saint walked our grounds, prayed for the completion of her mission and worked beside men and women from our community.

As a result, our school and community have been blessed with a special charism as we strive to live each day “the Eucharistic reality that all are one in Christ.” Each day I experience that grace as our kids and staff walk and play, work and pray. St. Edward School has a spirit and grace that is unique. It is filled with hopes, dreams and possibilities. I experience that reality each day, in the eyes of our children as they grow in God’s love.

Please visit us, especially during one of our spirit-filled Liturgical Celebrations, as we gather around the Altar of God, singing His praises and being led in worship by the children of St. Edward School.

Again, I welcome you in the spirit that reflects “who we are and whose we are.”
